This could possibly turn on your computer. If you don't already have a recent backup copy of the NTUSER.DAT file, you'll need to look at a different method to fix the issue. When your Dell laptop or desktop computer is stuck while starting up, you can try a hard shutdown and restart it. If it is still in use while logged in as a different administrator, you'll need to reboot the computer to free the file from being in use. You should login as a different administrator account to restore the NTUSER.DAT file since that file can't be changed while it's in use.
